Your journey to Kloster Kappel

With the SBB to Baar (hourly connections), then the post van Bus N° 280 - Hausen am Albis and leave at the bus stop «Kappel am Albis, Kloster»which is in front of our house.
By car:
From Basel (A2) or Bern (A1)
Drive towards Luzern / Gotthard.
Before Lucerne turn onto the A4 towards Zug. Take the exit Baar/Albis.
In Baar stay in the left lane towards Albis.
Drive through the village of Blickensdorf. Turn left at the roundabaout.
Take a turn into the forest and follow the signposts Kappel am Albis.
From Zurich (A4)
Following the A4 Zurich western ring motorway, continue towards Luzern / Gotthard.
or
take the A3 towards Lucerne.
In the Uetliberg tunnel get in the A4 lane towards Gotthard / Luzern. Take the exit Affoltern am Albis. Continue to Mettmenstetten.
Almost at the end of the village Mettmenstetten turn towards Rossau. Continue until Uerzlikon. Turn towards Kappel am Albis. At the village entrance there is a free parking lot.
from Sargans/Chur (A3)
After exit Luzern /Zug drive over the Hirzel Pass towards Sihlbrugg.
In Sihlbrugg at the first roundabout, continue towards Zug /Luzern. At the second roundabaout (there’s a McDonald’s) turn right towards Hausen am Albis.
Drive through Ebertswil and continue directly to Kappel am Albis. Free parking spaces are signposted.
